Introducing the brand new Lifos Fort. It’s not just a name, it’s an attitude!!! With a Lifos Fort complete grid free independence can be achieved whether powering a festival stage in Somerset, a field hospital in the bush or a home on a remote island.
Completely self-contained, the Lifos Fort provides all the power you will need in a 1.2 x 1 x 1.3m all weather, cube capable of being transported between the wheel arches of a pickup truck and lifted by fork truck, crane, or a strong team of willing volunteers!!
Fort provides customers a choice of lithium energy storage at 10, 20 and 30kw and with either 5 or 10kva single phase outputs and multiple Fort’s can be linked together to provide a 3-phase supply
To ensure the Fort keeps going day after day, there is a 3.42kw solar PV array stored inside, capable of delivering up to 20kw per day. Quick and easy to deploy, the 18 solar panels are all fitted with their own stand which can be held in position with pegs (supplied) or ballast if on hard ground. Should space not be available, for example if being used on a construction site, a patented frame system is also supplied that clips together to form a moveable solar array. This can then be lifted to sit on top of a temporary cabin of other structure and fastened by tension straps to ensure it stay put.
This fully hybridisable system allows the battery to be additionally charged by a wind turbine or self-start genset with the Fort controlling each to deliver the most effective and low-cost power delivery for all loads, reducing diesel consumption and slashing Co2 production.
Available with and without solar panels, the Lifos Fort comes with a 5-year warranty and the Lifos unique 7-year part exchange / buy back option, which will be of particular interest to fleet operators and hire companies.
